The Eagle Mk1/Eagle T1G was introduced for the 1966 F1 season. Originally the car was powered by the 2.7L Conventry Climax inline 4 and was switched to the 3.0L Gurney-Weslake V12 that propelled the car to victory in the 1967 Belgian GP at the hands of Dan Gurney.
